  1. They aren't going to do anything, a lot of people have their wheels stolen and all the cops ever do is give a case number and be on their way, they don't care, they see it as an insurance issue. That "Task force" will never get anything done, they are too backup to even pay attention.

  2.  @marcwells03  Rims cost more than cats, cats are useless in this day and age. Just tune the vehicle and there is no need for one.
