Yeah it targets a certain demographic, but when that demographic is doing most of the crime and it's only being pushed mostly in the city, trying to compact it in the city then why not bring stop and frisk back, didn't the bullshit get cut down quicker, oh but now is a "Insert bullshit cry." This city got what it deserves, a bullshit Mayor, a bullshit D.A and their cronies, I bet you none of them live within a 10 miles of the city.
