@murphybrown1366 sir, things have changed for the worst. Stronger sentences do not deter these types of criminals, they have emboldened themselves with the mentality that nothing is going to happen. As soon as the virus started, I can't remember if it was the mayor or the DA that went on live T.V and said "We aren't going to lock nobody up," everyone did a collective slap on the face when that happened, and from there on it snow balled into what we have no and it's falling down hill like a land slide.
