If they want to segregate themselves so badly well let them, let them build their own communities away from everyone else, let them have their own stuff but as soon as they come to the civilized part and start stealing and breaking stuff then the store owners have a right to take them down, and their better be funding for the police to do what they need to do. Let them have their 15 minute cities away from everyone else and call it "New Wakanda."
