  3.  @danteinferno3801  It's about metabolism . I eat garbage all the time yet I remain the same weight I've been since my 20s , give or take 10-15 pounds . It's genetic . Going on diets messes with the bodies inherent set weight points , causing people to gain weight after dieting .
