  4. There will always be a certain percentage of " also rans " in any race . Some people are born winners , while others are not . After that , social circumstances will determine the outcome . There are many " inferior " rich people , just as there are " superior " poor people . Being born with " better " genetic material certainly is an asset , but roadblocks placed by social standing play a huge role
