  5. States aren't doing anything to help landlords . The states have given tenants the right NOT to pay rent, but insists that landlords continue to pay property taxes , utilities and insurance ! Many are in danger of losing their investment . Why pick on landlords ? Why not insist that supermarkets or pharmacies cannot charge for their services either. The state should subsidize rent payments , not rely on landlords to become part of the social net !
