The blame belongs on the students and their parents

@yankee2666 Some students take education seriously and study hard . Some parents get involved in their children's courses and study habits . Many do not .

If it were the teachers fault , how do we explain the students that excel ? The teacher can only introduce and explain the material . The students and parents need to put in the effort

@a100independent6 Nope . All the funding in the world won't convince the lazy to excel . The extra funding only helps the ones that utilize the resources

@a100independent6 I was a student for a long time . I witnessed many that worked hard , sought resources outside the school , and welcomed extra work . I also witnessed many , in those same institutions , complete the bare minimum , welcomed days off so as to party , and not put in any extra effort in finding resources that can propel them

@rafaljankowski2807 Teachers can't convince students to work hard . They aren't around after school , or weekends . The parents need to instill work ethics into their children .

A teacher can have 30 some odd students in the class . Some will excel , some will not . Why ? Same teacher . Same Classroom . Same school . Same resources.
