  4. I highly doubt that . It's a squatter that refuses to leave . The eviction process, as lengthy and costly as it is , could be further complicated because HE inhabits non living space .

  10.  @fosthedoll  Again , it doesn't work that way . Squatters do not need rent receipts . They will never remove anything they own , which is all junk anyway . The landlord would be fined , and any eviction process would be further delayed
