  1. The reason Mexicans continue to cross into our country illegally is that they readily find employment here . As non citizens , they receive zero government welfare . Many industries rely upon the cheap labor to exist . Although I'm ready to pay more for my landscaping , restaurant meals and car washes , many Americans are not - especially now with Inflation raising the costs of products .
