Lmao not a chance, not taking anything from Khabibs skill but prime Liddell would annihilate Khabib, he is simply way too much bigger, like 35-40 lbs and several inches of height and reach, doesn't matter how good Khabib's wrestling is at that point, weight classes are a thing for a reason. Vernon White? Maybe, he doesn't look that big for 205 to begin with and the skill difference is big enough that Khabib could probably submit him.

  4. Seriously, what the fuck was his game plan coming into this? Grapple the entire fight with a much larger man? We're they afraid of Forrest's striking or something? Makes no sense.

  5. Still bothers me to this day as a Shogun fan that he came into this fight out of shape and seemingly with the worst game plan in MMA history. Why initiate all those takedowns and gas out grappling a larger man like this? Imagine if he came out withe the same plan as against Machida and chopped at Forrests legs while ripping punches at his head.

  6. ​ @kevthegoat8774 let's never forget in Coutures case it has a lot to do with Dana and the UFC intentionally erasing him from history because Randy took a handline stance in support of fighter pay and better treatment.

  7.  @vonjovi4849  Seriously? Did you not watch him in Pride like the fight against Lil Nog? Or the 5 round battle later against Machida? When Mauricio actually had a good camp his cardio was fine.

  8. ​ @Rudy198 Shogun always gave big BJ Penn vibes, super talented and tough but never seemed to train hard. The times he did come in focused against Machida we saw what he was really capable of.
