  1. Overpriced for the quality of the builds yeah. I just moved out of Africa recently and even the locals are concerned with how thin the concrete and steel are, plus they're further not privy to the schematics or training that would allow them to maintain and reproduce their obviously cookie cutter designs, as if the whole construction was intended to guarantee continued support from Chinese companies else they quickly fall apart 🏚️ This observation comes from people how know colonization because they lived it, and the art of scamming because they do it themselves!
