  2. ​ @misterchiv Until those rich migrants figure out how to reduce their legal tax burden, and you're priced out of the locale from all the money they "invested" in land and housing you could have used instead. In famously low-tax Dubai, there's already upward pressure on prices and a growing trend for all but the newest and most desperate lower and middle class workers to return home because all these Russian and Chinese oligarchs moving in are making the place unaffordable.
