Emergency aid comes to mind. Say a tsunami wipes out an outlying island including the harbor and airport; a couple launches could provide the gear to quickly reestablish communications and give survivors first aid in those vital first hours.

@garycox7508 The way the Starship rocket system is trending, there would ultimately be a launch vehicle ready practically constantly, and the self-craned containers it depicts means the payload can be swapped out in a matter of minutes. A C-130 doesn’t carry as much (a Starship is more on the level of a larger C-17) it’s not that fast (I would know having flown on one to Hawaii), and while it can land or airdrop on almost any airstrip it’s still a lengthy strip to clear of debris versus half a parking lot. An airbridge certainly has capacity, but an initial orbital insertion of a standard aid package could create a more effective control center and trauma treatment facility for the local survivors while the air sorties are still getting its crews and loads together.
