  4. The name did come from an ancient Chinese multiple missile launcher system called the 疾龍車 (jílóngchē, literally "rapid/vigorous dragon cart"). I'd wager the naming was intentional given how much fear it gave to its massed targets, a massing of patriots which the Beijing itself loves to tout as its strength.
