  2. The host country also has to accept and support the immigrants like any native resident when they do communicate and try to contribute. Notice how more ethnically-identified Europe tends to have more problems with newcomers compared to the immigrant-driven Western Hemisphere.

  3. I see parallels with how the US treats its black population, sending more police than public support because those in power don't want to see them as equals. Hence the escalation of protest that because they're not addressed at lower levels too often ends in street clashes and riots.
