  1. 17:12 Older workers are more compliant probably because they're literally more done with life. There's not as much potential ahead to worry about developing or salvaging when managing their personal relationships and economic decisions. It's not necessarily a Lazy Millennial/Gen Z thing either, I'm sure many Boomers held the same distracted attitudes at that age. The only difference is the intensity with society demanding constant connectivity and faster responses.
