@jerrycan1756 Democrats are more likely to though, especially after the political shellacking they got proving playing their platform safe through lawyer-like tones doesn't gather votes, and would have to get more populist with their top-vs-bottom narrative to generate excitement. Democrats were always the party of the lowly American, whether it was aspiring Southern homesteaders heading westward with dreams of a slave-worked plantation, or later the descendants of those former slaves and other identities lumped in to the power minority. Republicans were always the party of big business, going all the way back to the banking, newspaper, seaport, and railroad barons of antebellum.
