It’s not like America where we’re culturally pressured by fearmongering media into having certain adults be physically with our kids at all times during the day. This is why the centrality of the Seoul area has only grown as its subway reach encroached into Incheon and surrounding Gyeonggi Province. Not including a metro system into Sejong City is a massive oversight and an expensive retrofit to correct.
