  4. Yes. Here in Tennessee, the very wealthy governor, whose kids very likely went to private schools, has pushed for school vouchers. What he intends is that public school funds will be used, via vouchers, for people to send their children to Christian schools. He even recruited the president of Hillsdale College to design the plan. Christian schools are proliferating. There is one in my county that is so large that it appears to be a college.
