  2. I had a beautiful long haired cat. At least when they’re old, the back legs, butt and underside of the tail have to be shaved, for cleanliness. The only time that he was matted was when I had him bathed, and the groomer didn’t brush him after.

  3. I had a Cavalier with no personality. He was cute, that’s it. He lived about 13 years, and then one day, he went blind. The vet said he had leukemia, and a couple of days later, he died, curled up, looking like he was asleep.

  4. I have a Border Collie mix, short white hair ( thick undercoat) with a couple of black spots on her back and one black ear/eye. She’s old now, but is the smartest dog I’ve ever had, and was the most agile.
