  7.  @robertwysocki2073  Actually, they’re called a remote area clinics (RAM). I worked at one here in East Tennessee. Uninsured, mostly low income people lineup for hours to get in and get medical, dental, and vision services for free. One was held in Knoxville, home of the University ofTennessee flagship campus. They ask local doctors and dentists to volunteer, but few do, so volunteers come from other states to help. Guess it is sort of “doctors outside of state borders.”
