  22. Oh, for Pete’s sake, fact check yourself. Trump inherited Obama’s good economy, but couldn’t keep it up. He hired sycophants and know-nothings, once the decent people had given up on him. Trump’s big accomplishment was a tax cut for the very wealthy that has drastically increased our federal deficit. He was not a good president, and the country was not better off under him.

  25. I don’t think Trump can read. I suppose that he has dyslexia, or something similar. Remember, in his first administration, he was given very short written briefings, in large print and with pictures. If he weren’t who he is, I’d have empathy. He is, so I don’t.

When we moved to this Southern state, we voted for Republicans (the only choice) for a couple of years, until we got to know them and local issues. No more! Remember that silly thing, where high school kids called “Furbies,” supposedly insisted on litter boxes for their use? Local politicians believed that.

And in President Biden’s defense, he clearly is fine cognitively, people “around him” do not say that he has cognitive defects. He, and I and everyone our age sometimes have trouble remembering names, which has nothing to do with dementia.
