  1. In my case, I drink little water below the required because I do not want to go to the bathroom. I know its bad because you need water for your kidneys to flush out but I don't eat much. Don't exercise much and not thirsty most of the time unless I have a fever. I usually just drink a bottle of water during meal times which is still less than the required amount.
