  1. By not drinking losts of sodas mixed with a balance diet, I lost 14 Kgs. Took me 1 year to lose those Kgs. No exercise required. Its what you eat that allows you to lose weight by large margins. Incidentally, it took also 1 year for me to gain weight from 57 kg to 78 kg by drinking a lot of sodas and eating a lot during Covid Restrictions. And that was without ice cream and added sugar sources like chocolate.😆
