  1. If it all it takes to be an American is to be born in American soil, then the word "Natualized" is not needed in the 14th Ammendment. Notice that nothing is mentioned about non citizen parents being separated from their children and their "children" becoming the property of the State in State Orphanages. Since it is inhumane to separate children from their parents, this Ammendment of naturally born meant that one of the parents at least is a Legal American Citizen to begin with. Common sense.

  2. It already is because the 14th Amendment has the word Naturalized. If all it takes for becoming an American means that you are born in America then the State has the right to separate the children from their parents who are not legal citizens Forever and their parents will never be allowed to become citizens. That is why the word Naturalized is there to say that there is a "Distinction" to begin with. Its just Politcians think that Americans are too dumb to recognize common sense facts.
