  1. They are just playing word gymnastics. Illegal and Crime are really different. But the law has "Deportation" as the prosecution tool for illegal immigrants. Basically illegal means that even though it is against the law, it is not a crime if there is no law prosecuting that illegal act. It is a crime if there is a tool to prosecute that act. Legal gymnastics. It is illegal to watch pirated movies but it isn't a crime to watch pirated movies. But it is a crime to sell pirated movies due to intellectual property rights in the market but it is not a crime to watch pirated movies even though it is illegal. They are basically telling you that the tool of "Deportation" doesn't exist which does exist. if there is no law for "Deportation" rules, then being an illegal immigrant isn't a crime. Google the meanings for both and you won't be shocked why many people hate lawyers.😁No wonder a good lawyer makes the big bucks. "If it doesn't fit, you must acquit."

  2.  @finalchapter24k  True. It is common sense. But the other side will argue if it was a "Just" deportation such as for Asylum seekers. Mental Gymnastics. I believe the rules for Asylum seekers must also be reviewed. This is why lawyers make the big bucks.😁

  4. @finalchapter24k Based on the valid Asylum rules so far of the USCIS web page. If you are persecuted due to Membership in a particular social group, you can be granted Asylum. What does that mean really? NGOs or protesters protesting about the Health Care Industry is a social group. Economic Migrants that belong to an NGO that is not listened to the government can also be a social group. So what does being persecuted by being a member of a particular social group mean? I didn't make the rules. Read the USCIS. MAGA is a social group that was persecuted.😆 Asylum is more complicated than Birth Right Citizenship.

  5. Google says: Illegal is against the law. Crime is an illegal action that can be prosecuted by law. So is it a crime to live illegally in America? Answer is yes because you can be deported even if you have a Green Card which you need to be in America legally. Deportation is the prosecution done to illegal migrants who didn't go through the process.
