Apples and Oranges. No one is complaining in Florida about De Santis and the insurance companies continue to do business in Florida. You cannot prevent all disasters. But you can prevent being unprepared for disasters and do everything you can to the best of your ability even if you lose.

  3. Real Estate Insurance Companies are not at fault here. Who in their right mind will insure a Newsom run California? Just shows why Elon Musk is right that it is pointless to hire young Americans for tech jobs. It is faulty logic such as this. Fire Insurance is different from Health Insurance. With Fire Insurance, you as the customer has the obligation to know why you cannot be insured. It didn't occur to you that the policies of Newsom was a death trap? If I owned an insurance company, I won't insure you the moment Newsom did his policies. Insurance is not a charity. If you want to blame somebody, blame the people that voted for Newsom. Blame those that just sat back and watched California destroy itself with DEI. Communists will always blame Capitalists for the crimes they commit on their own people.
