Success of the movie depends on the Henry Cavill sentiment. Would you support legally another superman movie if Christopher Reeves was done dirty? Cavill respected the fans that he left the Witcher for it.

@creed8712 If Christopher Reeves was fired after Superman 1 and Superman 2 in a Cavill way, would you have given Superman 3 a chance? Its not about a poor movie. Imagine Ryan Reynolds was done dirty after Deadpool 1, would you give Deadpool and Wolverine a chance with another actor?

@creed8712 If Ryan Reynolds was done dirty after Deadpool movies, I would not make an effort in watching Deadpool and Wolverine. I didn't continue watching the Mandalorian after Gina Carano and have not continued since. Not about the movie. Neither is it about the personal life or star power. I stopped caring about Ezra Miller Flash because it was Ezra Miller.😁

@creed8712 I gave an analysis. No beef. I never said that the movie wasn't interesting. The Krypto approach is unique. What I am saying is that some people will judge a movie studio depending on how they treat the people working for them. Especially if their talents are relatable to the public like Keanu Reeves and Cavill. That's how you sell movies. Did Indiana Jones have sequels if Stephen Spielberg dumped Harrison Ford in a bad way and used another actor instead? It ain't about James Gunn. I loved his Peacemaker series. Liked Guardians of the Galaxy. Sometimes, no matter who good a film maker you are, it is the perception of the Public that determines if you are a success. Remember that Star Wars had unknown casts but it became popular. There was no intrigue regarding George Lucas back then. The Henry Cavill situation was handled poorly from a PR perspective. The letting go of Henry Cavill and the decision to continue with the Flash with Ezra Miller was a PR disaster. James Gunn directs movies. He doesn't do cost cutting and makes the final decisions. No matter how good you are, if management makes a mistake, that's showbiz. There's no business like show business. If you purchase a company with issues, you inherit those issues for better or for worse even if you weren't reponsible for those issues to begin with. Now if Henry Cavill had the personality of Leonardo Di Caprio on the other hand, people would definitely give James Gunn's Superman a chance for a change of pace without question because people will disassociate Cavill from Superman very quickly.😉That is why I said it depends on the sentiment of people. That is true hurdle of James Gunn. He has the fight the mistakes of the previous Warner Bros people. Not an easy task when you have baggage that you inherited.
