@SSubersive Because The United States is in debt and close to Bankruptcy. Ever notice the FED has just kept on printing money from thin air? The only reason that Europeans have Universal Healthcare is because they have had money to spend on it because their Military was being subsidized by the USA through NATO for a long time. This is why there is the Military Industrial Complex. Once the United States divests its programs & withdraws their support of NATO to let Europe fend for themselves, then and only then can the United States begin to restore its economy. Restore its Manufacturing if even possible. Try not to use AI to replace Jobs. Re-establish trade routes with old allies from China. Basically. Return to a time after the Fall of the Soviet Union & before Wall Street sold out America to China courtesy of the World Economic Forum and Davos think tanks who brought you Bill Clinton. @SSubersive Universal Healthcare is only possible in Europe because America pays for a majority of the security of Europe through NATO. They have the extra money. Majority of the production of the USA was in China and now are in the process of relocation. We are also currently in a new Cold War. If Europe also starts spending on its own security, their Universal Healthcare will slowly stop also being a Universal Healthcare system. The time to implement Universal Healthcare in the US was before Wall Street was allowed to move American Manufacturing to China. If it was done, jobs would have not gone to China because those jobs & taxes would have paid for Universal Healthcare. Don't look at me why they chose to move jobs to China instead of doing Universal Healthcare for Americans. I leave that to you to do your research.

@SSubersive Its all about the source of money. If you have less money needed to spend on security, you have more money to spend on health services. Majority of the security is provided by the USA. So the burden was transferred to the Tax payers of America instead of being shouldered by Europe. Then you have also the updating and maintenance of the US Military Industrial Complex. Then unlike Europe, America pays the majority of programs to the United Nations. Basically. America was also the Soft Power for Europe all over the World. So if you add it all up, Europe is able to allocate money for their NHS without health insurance. Its not because it is efficient. That is the illusion. Is Italy efficient? Is Spain efficient? I don't think Germany is efficient. They just have the money available for allocation because the US always fits the Bill. Why do you think the UN & NATO always sides with the USA in the Middle East before? Unfortunately, America actually is not in a good place financially due to its debt and due to the new Cold War where the dollar which was based on the Petro Dollar in agreement with Saudi Arabia is no longer feasible due to the World Climate. Not to mention the endless printing of money by the FED. But remember. The WEF, NATO & the US Government usually act as one. However, it was America that shoulders almost all the bill. This is why again the NHS of Europe can become a reality. Efficiency is only an illusion. Why do you think there is rioting in France? Again. The right time for an NHS in the US was to implement it after the Fall of the Soviet Union so that Wall Street would not be able to move the jobs to China because people would have protested. As I said, you have to do your own research. Because what I am saying will not make much sense. I have been alive since the Fall of the Soviet Union. I had to question why China was allowed to violate international Trade laws that hurt the Middle Class in other countries. You really have to do your own research so that you will understand fully why it is near impossible to do an NHS in America at this point in time. @SSubersive I suggest you talk to Gen X or Boomers who have experienced the Cold War. As a Gen X our education was based on fighting against the Soviet Union. So that means we were educated in Economics, Politics & Propaganda for both Domestic and International. This is why James Bond was a thing. This why Star Wars was a thing. This why Superman was a thing. If you aren't a Boomer or from Gen X, you wouldn't understand because you didn't grow up in that era during the Cold War. This is why Alex Jones is a Cold War kid Gen X. Conspiracies are often fact later on. Our style was if someone says something, we never trust one source. We always also get information from the opposing source and then collect data ourselves. This is why most of us didn't really listen to our teachers and made up our own minds. MTV. You were at war economically for the most part and Tariffs was a thing to prevent nations going bankrupt so that they won't be influenced by the Soviet Union. Those were the good old days. Those were the good old days. If you were Gen X and you didn't know about this, you must have had been given a bad education. If Globalization was not pushed by Henry Kissinger who had connections with NATO, the World would have had Universal Healthcare by now. That is the honest truth. We called it Sustainable Development or Sustainable Capitalism not Free Market Capitalism nor it was Socialized Capitalism. The problem now is that all World Institutions both Political and Financial are corrupt and broken. So I don't think people will be seeing a true Universal healthcare anytime soon. In Europe, their Universal Healthcare is starting to decay that is why there is a lot of problems in Europe and Elon Musk is Trolling them because knows the game and he is also a Gen X Cold War kid.
