@FutureSight666 Cops used to be friendly with neighborhoods. Since the Patriot Act, some cops were assigned to places they do not have any affiliation to while being militarized. Thus, now because of the crazy law makers. You can bet that only in the elite subdivisions will there be extra police guarding them since same elites have connections in government.
