It also means that if you aren't Neural Link, your job prospects are few. Furthermore, since AI and machines will replace most of our traditional forms of running an economy, do corporations still need consumers or do they just need serfs? Being a Hikikomori is what awaits the younger generations moving forward. Probably living in a box hooked up to the Matrix while receiving government hand outs to survive.

  2. The destruction of human values all over the world has led to the ever increasing mental health issues of many people all over the world. This will be one of the reasons that AI will be used to replace human labor while Neural Link will lead to more automation and thus lesser jobs all over the world.
