If you're allowed only 90 days, the first 2 years. And you decide to go beyond the 90 days. Then you have to start over. Doesn't matter who's elected.

  45. How the u.s. find out is because you use your american name and passport. The foreign banks are required to report your information to the IRS. Use another name that also includes the passport. Not easy but possible.
