  2. Mexican here and I visited Mexico City back in March and April. I didn't wear a mask outside. Only to enter stores, ect. Too many SHEEP! 😁😃

  3.  @EWOKakaDOOM  you don't need to be vaccinated. But you will need the medical insurance coverage. Trawick international insurance coverage. Any place that has more than 50% of capacity need to have vaccine. Supermarkets, hospitals, convenient stores, pharmacies. What ever is essential will not require a vaccine.

  8. Costa Rica requires medical insurance coverage for covid19. If you are not vaccinated! Not exactly open. I see you left out Ecuador. Ecuador does not require medical insurance coverage for covid19. Or be vaccinated..
