  2. ​ @sjelucten7150 those are all the target areas for nuclear fallout during ww3. Favorable areas are in the south america. Cost of living is less. Land is affordable.

  3.  @ilsevanheerden4976  go do a cost of living comparison. I choose Ecuador and it's much less than Portugal. Consumer prices are 40% to 80% higher in lisbon compared to Cuenca.
