  1. Dozens (plural) is more than one dozen, so two qualifies as dozens unless you are making up your own language. The civil service doesn't deliberately set out to stymie the agenda of the Tories. They just can't be expected to put themselves in jeopardy by breaking the law. Breaking the law is against the government approved Civil Service Code as well as being against the law of course. Strangely the so called party of 'law and order' seems to have no moral qualms about breaking the law themselves. GB News presenters are thick or biased or probably both.
