Comments by "Helen Trope" (@heliotropezzz333) on "Civil servants threaten to STRIKE over Rwanda policy | 'They should resign!' says Jacob Rees-Mogg" video.
You can't sack civil servants for refusing to break the law. The civil service code forbids them from breaking the law. The Rwanda policy is illegal.

They are not obliged to break the law. The civil service code forbids them from breaking the law so you can't sack them for that. Rees Mogg ignores the fact that the Rwanda policy has bene judged illegal.
2
No it's not treason. The government trying to force them to break the law is the problem. The civil service code forbids them from breaking the law. Can't believe how ignorant GB News viewers are but they are likely to stay that way by watching GB News and shysters like Rees Mogg.

@Peter-uy3ti No they are not. They are resisting breaking the law. Your ignorance needs looking at.

Jacob Rees Mogg is such a shyster. He's stating that civil servants should carry out the lawful policy of the government completely ignoring the fact that the Rwanda policy is undoubtedly unlawful. Even Braverman, The Minister responsible for it, has admitted this. Rees Mogg likes to try and pull the wool over his audience's eyes for the sake of his own agenda. Shyster.

Yes because there's be no one to do the dirty work for the Tories. Rees Mogg says civil servants must carry out lawful government policy, which is true but he completely ignores the fact that Rwanda policy has been judged unlawful even by the Minister responsible for it (Braverman). It seems it's easy to pull the wool over the eyes of GB news watchers judging by the comments on this video. The civil service code forbids civil servants from breaking the law.

@Threemore650 People who are prepared to break the law contrary to the civil service code since the Rwanda policy is unlawful?
1
@Threemore650 What isn't true? I don't understand your last comment. The Home Secretary does not decide whether English natives should be allowed a home or not. What nonsense are you talking? I'm not a fan of Braveman but she was born in Harrow so she is English by nationality and she was elected by her constituents in Fareham. Do you understand anything about Britain or the British political system?

Is it radical to want avoid breaking the law which is against the civil service code?
