How would business in the UK cope with all 4000 EU laws abolished at once? As for Kelvin MacKenzie, it's not all about you, you, you is it? What about what other Brexit voters thought they were signing up for or didn't realise they were signing up for? How would getting rid of the legislation make us 'true leaders in industry' as Rachel Watkyn said Sunak said? No one would want to trade with us if we have different rules to other big trading blocks. It's too costly to make product lines to fit too many individual countries that's why trade prefers the simpler less costly option of trading with bigger trading blocks.
