  1. No Nigel. Instead of finding a massive way to up the private sector involvement what about some massive upping of funding for the NHS? I'm not against involving the private sector as a temporary measure to get waiting lists down but not allowing them to cherry pick or takeover on a permanent basis.

  3.  @thomasrobert4654  It's not the doctors destroying it. They accepted it long ago, but you do know that GPs are small business people contracted to work for the NHS don't you? It has always been that way since the creation of the NHS.

  4.  @bruh949  Well I've always enjoyed living here. He wasn't in office for decades but he did things to speed up the traffic for commuters and he introduced the Oyster system for buses and tubes which was great. It took a lot of hassle out of commuting and travelling in general and enabled people to save more on travel.
