  9.  Moonshine Buck  Evidence that suicide is routinely registered as a corinavirus death as a matter of policy? They also look at 'excess deaths' for this time of year and can see how many more deaths there are than usual. That acts as a corroborating measure.

  15.  @DettenbachDe  I agree that's true but low level testing also co-incides with corrupt politicians unwilling to spend on adequate public health planning to protect their populations from pandemics. I think the numbers are probably not far off in relative terms though I don't think they are fully inclusive and accurate in actual terms. The number of deaths are definitely fishy for some countries. Russia's death toll looks suspiciously low compared to the number of cases they've had, for instance and places like Ecuador and Mexico have been so overhwelmed by the numbers of sick and dying that it's hard to believe they are collecting accurate figures. There are video films taken outside mortuaries which count more in a day than are being officially declared.

  16.  @Delboy0  3 million fewer people voted for Trump than for his opponent. It was the electoral college that swung it for him. Boris Johnson is just a big liar. I don't know what excuse Brazilians have for voting for Bolsonaro. They are all populists though.
