  1. It's not o.k to call anyone stupid. It's against the rules. MPs must not insult each other but calling someone a 'stupid woman' is seen as an even worse offence because it is seen as sexist in addition, though there's a debate to be had about that - probably only sexist if the intention of the person saying it is sexist. However I'm not surprised he lost patience after what he'd endured beforehand from Theresa May.

  2.  @jonbayliss7084  If you watch without preconceptions you can actually see it both ways and even lip readers said it was difficult to tell which it was.
