  2.  @zuikalee  In the West you can just vote for it, but not enough people vote for it. It's not a popular idea.

  3.  @zuikalee  In reply to your last comment which does not appear here, China is breaking the agreement of 2 parallel systems for a certain timescale, that they signed up to when taking over Hong Kong. China has a very bad record of oppression at home, in Tibet and in relation to the Uyghurs.
