  1. The New Statesman seems to be as stupid as Nadine Dorries. The headline is wrong. It's not that she doesn't know who owns Channel 4 (It is publicly owned). She doesn't know what its funding model is; that it's not taxpayer funded via a license but by private companies via advertising.
