  1. When you are wealthy living in these countries is a very different experience than when you are poor, obviously. As for those 3 countries, I don't like the modern architecture of Malaysia and it would also be too hot for me. I don't know much about Serbia except that they once had genocidal tendencies towards the Bosnians. They sound rather intolerant and jingoistic. I would choose Mexico of the 3 but the crime and poverty levels bother me. Isn't it ironic that Americans want to live in Mexico and Mexicans want to live in America? I live in the UK and if I didn't live in England, I would want to live in Scotland, Ireland, or Wales. I love temperate climates, and beautiful green places with interesting history. Temperate climates energise me. I like places I feel most connected to and rooted in.
