  1. What's fair about it? He abused her in the marriage and then couldn't handle when she moved on. That's a sign of a pathetic individual.

  3.  @JohnKobaRuddy  They should just have divorced then. She was estranged from him because of domestic abuse and had clearly been starting over with someone else. It doesn't seem as though he could cope with that, but people don't own each other. If he cared about her so much perhaps he could have been nicer to her in the marriage.
