I always thought transgender meant you felt you were in the wrong body and I've not heard Eddie Izzard ever say that. Previously I've heard him say he was an 'Executive transvestite', that is, he likes to wear women's clothes, but not all the time. He varies. Is the meaning of the word 'transgender' changing or being used in different ways now? Is it just about who you identify as now and not necessarily about wanting to change the sex of your body. It's confusing.
