You weren't listening carefully to the video, and being put on a ventilator is not 'normal procedure' since it's for severe cases and only about 50% survive after being intubated.

@thesound-chameleonman3580 Well, then you won't know the truth when you hear it. The thing is that the bigger the media and the more they have an international reputation to maintain, the more they cannot afford their reputation to be undermined by telling constant lies and if they tried there are plenty of people and outlets to call them out on it. Where you will get most of the lies is in social media and the tabloids with the worst reputations or which are permeated by people in the pay of foreign governments whose role is to spread disinformation. There are also independent fact checking sites that independently fact check contentious statements made in the media. You can find these by googling 'independent fact check sites'. I would also recommend 'Private Eye' magazine as a reliable source of information. You can also independently look up statistics for yourself.
