  1. If there's no equal pay issue for women that should be visible from any statistics on cases taken and won on equal pay by men compared to women. What are the relative numbers? If he's keen on "basic human nature" presumably he's o.k about homophobia which has existed for so long. If there's a female brain and a male brain as he says, what kind of brain does he have?

  2. I wouldn't know whether it's nice to be a protected class with special privileges since I've never been in such a class. I'm not suing. I'm retired. I worked in the public sector where pay is equal but promotion isn't and women still fall behind in earnings once if they break their career to have a family. It doesn't sound as though you get on with women very well.
