16:12. Ironically Boris did get a deal and it was going through Parliament when he pulled it himself. He didn't want to give Parliament time to scrutinise it or amend it as his objective always was to leave with a no deal. His 'deal' with the EU originally was just a vehicle to try and escape having to comply with the Benn Act and asking the EU for an extension.
