  1. It sounds like she could sue her insurance company if her cancer cover is 'fully comprehensive' though who has the energy for that at such a time. It may be that NIHCE have licensed the drug but won't make it available on the NHS because of cost or cost effectiveness? It needs clarification. She should write to her MP and the Health Minister.
